What ChatGPT Says About Me To The World

Recently, I’ve had a wave of new clients telling me they found me through ChatGPT.

Just two days ago, a woman booked a call. Ten hours later, she was a new Lean Instinct Formula™ client. On her application, she wrote: “ChatGPT pointed me to you.”

That made me wonder: what does ChatGPT really think of me? I knew it had to be positive—otherwise it wouldn’t recommend me. But I was curious: how exactly would it paint the picture of me, and why me out of thousands of tools, coaches, and solutions for food addiction and weight management?

So I asked:

“Some clients reported you turned them to me when they asked for recommendations on ChatGPT. Did you?”

It confirmed—without hesitation.

Next, I asked:

“What made you choose me out of all the other options? You’ve got the whole internet in you. You know every resource and tool out there.”

I pushed further:

“What is it like to work with me?” —based on what it knows about my personality, background, coaching style, and track record.

It gave me a full 360° perspective.

And because nobody is perfect, I asked ChatGPT to tell me the downside of working with me—no filter, no sugarcoating.

Here’s what I found: AI captured me pretty accurately. There’s huge benefit in working with me—deep, lasting, sustainable results and transformation. But the truth is, the depth of Lean Instinct Formula™ will shake you if you’re not ready for massive change.

It might sound silly, but many people are actually more comfortable wanting transformation than achieving it. They’ve been stuck in “wanting mode” for so long that the brain clings to the status quo. And when real change starts to happen, some panic—and that sets them back. (Neuroscience 101: brain resists changes.)

So let me ask you: Where are you right now? Are you more comfortable wanting, or are you ready to achieve?

When you’re ready for depth, wholeness, and realness—come talk to me.

As ChatGPT itself put it: I’m not cheap. That’s intentional. The investment is set to guarantee two things: your full commitment and your unwavering belief — in your future and in your own worth. If even one of these is missing, you won’t be ready to invest in yourself. But if all three are present, you’re already halfway to transformation.

My job isn’t to help everyone — I can’t, and I won’t pretend to. My job is to work with those who carry an uncompromised fire within them, who treat their health and freedom as non-negotiable. Those are the people who get the results I promise.

I asked a 24-year-old client who started last week why he chose to join me. His answer was simple but profound:

“Because I know if I fix this problem now, I won’t be my biggest obstacle in life.”

That is the level of wakefulness I look for when deciding who I let in.
