Are you looking for another drug or product — because you don’t believe managing your weight could ever feel as natural as breathing? What if weight loss is as easy as breathing?

Book A Clarity CallChosen by people who have mastered everything — except this.
Within the past year: A Grammy nominee. A Hollywood executive producer. A billionaire investor — someone who could have chosen any solution in the world. Neuroscientists and leading scientists. World-ranked athletes. Therapists. Executives and founders.
And over the past decade, hundreds of high-functioning, ambitious people building the life they’ve dreamed of — across four continents, all coming to Leslie for the one thing their brilliance couldn’t solve.
What she described taking that drug is what we’ve been doing naturally in this program — without the drug.
Food Addiction
A 40-year food addiction, gone in 10 weeks. The weight came off naturally — no drugs, no diets, no rules. Then she compared notes with someone on GLP-1 medication and realized the outcomes were the same.
Leslie Chen
Founder of Rise Lean and creator of the Lean Instinct Formula™.
Before coaching, Leslie was a management consultant at a top-5 global firm, designing executive training for Fortune 50 companies. She personally gained 50 pounds after moving from China to the US — and lived inside the food addiction cycle until she lost all of it without restriction, without tracking, without willpower.
She received her master’s in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, ranked #2 in the world for psychology and psychiatry (U.S. News 2025–26), and has spent a decade translating that research into a system that produces permanent resolution. Her clients include corporate executives, physicians, scientists, founders, pastors, and elite athletes.
How 50 pounds gained, a food addiction lived, and a neuroscience degree earned became a system that’s resolved the pattern for 400+ people.
to Helping Others Rise
A drug can quiet your appetite. It can’t rewrite who you are with food.
Your eating and weight patterns aren’t one problem. They’re three, wired together. Over years, your brain has predicted how you eat, when you lose control, and who you are around food — and built your identity around those predictions.
Address one and leave the other two in place, and the struggle finds its way back — when the medication stops, the product runs out, or the diet ends.
The industry has watched it for five.
Would you rather solve the problem —
or keep giving yourself to it?
What the first 10 weeks actually look like.
Average results across our client base. Individual experiences vary — but the pattern is consistent.
Diets. Products. Medications. Some tried GLP-1s. They still fought for decades — until we fixed it together.
hers would have worked.
She built her life on pushing her body to its absolute limit — and winning. Yet a bingeing pattern and twenty extra pounds wouldn’t yield to the same willpower that made her one of the fastest rowers on earth. When the wiring changed, the food struggle ended — and she restored her top speed at 65.
Then a wedding gown three years later.
Accomplished, respected, published — and for thirty years, she had never once felt free around food. She became food-free before the 10 weeks ended. Three years later, she sent Leslie a text. She was in her wedding gown.
better than most doctors. It changed nothing.
She studies the reward circuitry behind compulsive eating for a living. She knew why the cravings fired. At 10pm, none of that knowledge stopped her hand from reaching into the pantry. The Lean Instinct Formula™ gave her brain a new operating pattern.
She built a thriving business from scratch. She could solve any problem — except the one with food. Twenty-one pounds came off with no dieting and no restriction. Her type 1 diabetes markers improved dramatically, and her chronic back pain is gone.
plus weight — gone.
She worked in health. She understood nutrition. For nearly three decades she still couldn’t stop the cycle — until the approach changed from fighting the behavior to rewriting the neurology beneath it. Not suppressed. Not managed. The pattern no longer fires.
These are not exceptions — they are patterns.

Their pattern ended. Yours can too.

will you give to this?
My oldest client was 69. A former Hollywood executive producer, behind shows you’d know. A big life — brilliant, accomplished, fulfilled in every way the world can see.
And still, there was a hole. For half a century, she had struggled with food and weight. We ended it together in 10 weeks.
I work with people who want to end it now — because they refuse to lose another day of their life to food.
This isn’t a program.
It’s the portal to the life you haven’t lived yet.
Common Questions
This is for you if you’ve had a difficult relationship with food for years — one where you lose control. You finish the plate, every time. You can’t tell when you’re hungry or full just by listening to your body. Food is always on your mind. The cravings are constant, and if food is in front of you, you eat it. Maybe there’s a sugar addiction too. Maybe you binge regularly.
Your weight has become unstable and hard to manage, because no one ever showed you a way of eating that’s effortless, sustainable, and non-restrictive — one that keeps your weight in check naturally. That pattern is exactly what this program is built to rewire.
Most of my clients have tried everything before they come to me — dietitians, nutritionists, therapists, trainers. Here’s the difference.
Dietitians and nutritionists give guidance centered on food. Food becomes the subject of the journey, and you give it your attention by curbing, controlling, calculating, and often restricting — calories or macros. In the end, what you’re training is still restriction and control. That doesn’t touch the core patterns driving overeating and weight gain. It can even reinforce the dieter’s identity — which brings more overthinking and more stress.
I don’t focus on food at all. You and I can walk into the same grocery store, be surrounded by the same food, and have completely different experiences. Someone who eats because the food is there, or because it’s “allowed,” is still being controlled by circumstance. My coaching rewires how you respond to food, environment, and triggers — so even when the food is right there, you’re simply detached. That detachment is what lets balance happen on its own, without overthinking, controlling, or calculating anything. Food stops being the subject. You no longer live the dieter’s experience — you live in freedom. That’s because the old patterns that drove you out of control, even after decades, have been reversed.
What we truly change is who you are in this area of life.
The leading therapy for eating problems is CBT-E (enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy). In studies, roughly half of patients reach remission by the end of a 3-to-6-month course, and about 30% relapse within a year.
Therapy focuses mainly on emotional regulation. But overeating is usually rooted in how the brain and body have been trained to respond to food — at the physiological and neurochemical level. Put simply: your psychological experience depends heavily on your physical experience. That foundation has to be in place first.
The Lean Instinct Formula™ works on the eating problem at every level — psychological, emotional, physical, and neurological. We rewire how your brain drives eating and how your body experiences it. In my clients’ words, the result is an entirely different physical and psychological experience. What used to feel impossible becomes a natural, normal part of living. That is what makes it so powerful.
I genuinely believe I’m one of very few people in food and weight management who can reverse decades-long patterns at the root — and my clients’ results over the past 10 years have proven it. As a neuroscience-trained expert working with high achievers around the world, my approach is effective, methodical, and thorough, and it has consistently produced lifelong results for my clients.
The investment ranges from high four figures to five figures, depending on the level of support you need, your situation, and the coaching format.
This program isn’t the right fit if any of the following applies to you:
- You’re taking a GLP-1 medication and don’t plan to come off it soon. I can’t rewire your neurology while it’s under the drug’s effect.
- You’re on a diet and plan to keep dieting. You can’t live as a dieter and become a holistically healthy, naturally lean person at the same time. The two run in opposite directions.
- You’re carrying significant debt and are under financial stress. Take care of your financial wellbeing first, then let’s talk. Extra stress won’t help you heal on this journey.
- You’re dealing with significant mental health challenges. I work with people who have anxiety or depression when it’s well managed. The program is designed to be the smoothest, most joyful, even exciting experience possible. Emotional instability undermines that — you can’t rewire your psychology and physiology through constant mental noise.
- You don’t have time to show up for coaching calls or watch the course videos. This is probably the simplest program you’ll ever experience, because it restores the automatic system that keeps you naturally lean and balanced. But rewriting that system takes time. Plan on a few hours a week, especially at the start — when you’ll discover that almost nothing you’ve learned about eating and weight loss over the past decades is relevant to your real goal. Yes, you’re starting from scratch. But this time, for lasting results.
I can’t give you a definite answer without speaking with you first. But I’ve worked with many people who struggled with food and weight for more than half a century, and helped them reach lasting ease, freedom, and health in record time.
If I offer you a place in my program after fully understanding your situation, it means we can do it. If I can’t help you, I’ll tell you plainly what’s missing and how to close the gap. That’s why I invite you to book a call with me.
Yes. I’ve worked with couples. If you and your spouse are both struggling with this, we can talk about a dedicated approach for the two of you.
Yes. People with ADHD are more vulnerable to eating problems because of the strong link between ADHD and impulsivity. About 30% of my clients have ADHD — and they’re highly successful in their careers and lives. The program works on impulsive eating at its neurological root, which is exactly where ADHD makes food hardest.
Not the typical kind. Intuitive eating depends on accurate hunger and fullness signals. When those signals are off — and your brain chemistry is still pulling you toward food — intuitive eating has nowhere to land. Every decision stays cerebral instead of intuitive, so the food noise never stops.
So we fix the foundation first: how your brain and body respond to and experience food. Then eating becomes as instinctive as breathing, and no rules or protocols are needed.
Your next 10 pounds have already been decided. Not by your body — by your pattern.
Rewrite it now.
